Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, chopped.
- 2 shots espresso, cooled.
- 250 ml full-fat milk.
- 2 tablespoons coconut butter (optional).
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground.
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs.
- 1 cup ice.
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut, to serve.
Directions
- 1. Add all ingredients besides the shredded coconut into a blender. Blitz on high until all combined and smooth. Pour into two glasses. Top with shredded coconut to serve.
