  • 1/4 cup cold water.
  • 1 teaspoon grass-fed gelatin.
  • 1 litre thickened cream.

Directions

1. Pour water into a small saucepan and sprinkle over gelatin. Stir over medium heat until dissolved.

2. In a bowl begin to whip cream. As peaks form slowly pour in the water mixture. Continue beating until stiff peaks are formed.
