Ingredients
- 2 cups hazelnuts.
- zest from 1 lemon.
- 1 teaspoon olive oil.
- pinch sea salt.
- 6 sprigs thyme.
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 180C°/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Line a tray with baking paper.
2. Place all ingredients onto the baking tray and toss together with your fingers. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes until nuts are evenly toasted.
3. Remove nuts from the oven and allow to cool before serving. Sprinkle over some extra thyme leaves and lemon zest if you like.
