I Quit Sugar – Banana Espresso Milkshake

Perfect for whenever the thought of drinking a hot cup of coffee gives you the sweats!  

Servings: 2
Preparation: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, chopped.
  • 2 shots espresso, cooled.
  • 250 ml full-fat milk.
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter (optional).
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs.
  • 1 cup ice.
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, to serve.

Directions

1. Add all ingredients besides the shredded coconut into a blender. Blitz on high until all combined and smooth. Pour into two glasses. Top with shredded coconut to serve.
